In today's fast-paced real estate market, the importance of finding the right balance between the landlord and tenants relationship cannot be overstated. The Real Estate Institute of South Australia (REISA) recognized this need and partnered with us to launch the Rent Ready campaign. This campaign played an integral part in ensuring that REISA and it’s members were heard as the government undertook significant reforms to the Residential Tenancies Act.
The deliverables? Developing a campaign theme and name and creating unique pieces of messaging that resonate with 4 key audiences –government, industry, landlord and tenants. Alongside this, we produced graphical devices to support the messaging, and commentary to further illustrate REISA’s desire for engagement with all stakeholders.
The success of the campaign demonstrates the potential for positive change in the real estate market when innovation and collaboration-centric approaches are at the forefront. Rent Ready is a prime example of how a forward-thinking partnership can benefit all stakeholders and reshape the rental experience in South Australia for the better.
